About Balkan eSIM
Balkan eSIM is a travel data app for seven countries in Southeast Europe, built and run by BILPP OÜ, a company registered in Tallinn, Estonia. It does one thing: keep a car full of people online across a route that crosses borders, at a price they saw before they paid.
Why we built it
Anyone who has driven this region knows the pattern. The phone behaves inside the EU, the allowance dies at the first crossing out of it, and by the third country someone is buying a SIM at a kiosk in a language they cannot read, with a new number nobody at home has. Meanwhile the phone in the door pocket has supported eSIM since about 2018.
This app turns all of that into one purchase and one QR code, done at home over Wi-Fi. Your own SIM stays in the phone for your number, while the eSIM carries data on local networks in every country the plan covers.
How we work
-
Every price is published in full on the pricing page — no per-day surprises, no activation fee.
-
We print what is not covered as plainly as what is: Türkiye is a separate plan, and four near neighbours are outside this one.
-
No account on this website: nothing to sign up for and nothing to cancel later.
-
The site is published in the reader's own language, because the people driving this route are not searching in English.
