Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the balkanesim.app website and the Balkan eSIM mobile application, operated by BILPP OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.
1. The service
Balkan eSIM provides prepaid mobile data plans for use in the seven Southeast European countries listed in the app, delivered as eSIM profiles through our mobile application. Plan details, prices, data allowances, validity periods and the exact list of covered countries are shown in the app before purchase.
2. Device compatibility
Checking that your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before you buy a plan is your responsibility. Compatibility information is in our setup guides.
3. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms. If an eSIM cannot be installed or activated on a compatible device, contact our support team and we will work to resolve it, including a refund where that is the right outcome.
4. Fair use and coverage limits
Plans are for personal use while traveling in the countries the plan covers. A plan does not work outside that list — Türkiye is not included, and neither are the region's other neighbouring states. Speed and availability depend on our partner networks and local conditions and are not guaranteed at all times or in all places; we do not operate a network of our own.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for indirect damages, including losses caused by a network being unavailable.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and disputes will be heard by the Estonian courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
